What areas do you provide service ?

GTT mainly provides service in the south east area of Western Australia including Kalgoorlie and the Goldfields-Esperance region, however towing, transport and roadside assist requests from stranded travellers or mine site operations often take us in many directions:

  • North to Menzies, Leonora, Leinster and Wiluna, or north east to Laverton and Warburton.
  • South to Norseman, Salmon Gums and Esperance
  • East on the Eyre Hwy towards Balladonia, Mundrabilla and Eucla or on the Trans Access Road towards Zanthus, Rawlinna or Forrest on the Nullarbor Plain
  • West to Coolgardie, Southern Cross, Marvel Lock or Koolyanobbing

When can I contact you ?

GTT's Operations Base Room can be called  7 days per week, 24 hour per day, all year round. Drivers may be called out to respond to work which needs to be done on weekends and public holidays.

What type of equipment and vehicles do you transport and tow ?

We can transport or tow a wide range of vehicles and equipment including passenger and light commercial vehicles, motor bikes, caravans and boats. We also specialise in the movement of mining, agricultural, earthmoving, construction and manufacturing/industrial machinery. Vehicles from any of these categories of equipment can be fully operational, damaged or broken down.

What is the best way to pay for your services ?

Unless you are an approved GTT account holder, payment for services is either by cash or credit card. Both Visa and Mastercard are accepted in person or over the phone. 

Can I call you if I have had an accident involving another car, property or people?

Yes. We are able to assist in these areas but be sure that you have notified appropriate authorities (Police, Ambulance or Fire services) first to ensure that people involved in the accident are being properly looked after and that the accident scene is secured and safe for all personnel to operate in. 

Who owns and manages GTT ?

GTT is managed locally in Kalgoorlie by one of the Directors Coby Chrimes who in the capacity of General/Operations Manager he is supported by Michael Davidson Managing Director and Maureen Dare Operations Manager

Is GTT aware of Chain of Responsibility legislation ?

GTT is well aware of all aspects of the legislation and the responsibility it places on all parties within the transport supply chain. GTT conducts its business in a manner which ensures that it complies with all aspects of applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice.

Are goods insured whilst in the care of GTT ?

Yes. Copies of insurance Certificates of Currency and insurance policy documents are available by going to the Our Business page of this website and clicking on the links provided
